Once we release the package to the shipping agent, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
| Domestic Shipping
All domestic standard shipping for orders over $150 is free (via USPS Ground Advantage).
All domestic shipments require a signature upon delivery if the value of the order is $500 or more.
All orders are shipped through USPS and UPS unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package. Shipments can take up to three business days.
| International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping (UPS or DHL Express Worldwide) for all international orders. Customs fees are not included in the shipping cost.
Tax & Duty (International Shipping)
Please note the customer is responsible for any duty fees or import taxes associated with their order. Fees are assessed by the customs agency in the destination country based on the value of the order and due upon delivery. In the event the shipment is refused by the receiver, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
All jewelry is handmade to order and returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for only exchange of goods or store credit, excluding shipping costs.
Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be informed to us within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that we issue refunds in the form of store credit and do not provide refunds. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a refund to you in the form of store credit. The store credit does not expire and can be used for any item(s) in our online store. To initiate your return request, please email hello@thecled.com with your order #, name, and shipping address.
Items must be in their original condition and unworn, returned in their original packaging undamaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
As our pieces are made to order, please be certain of the size or color you purchase. We can always help with sizing if you're not sure. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once we receive the item(s).
Customized items (engravings, custom ring sizes or custom bracelet/necklace chain length) are not eligible for returns.
All sales are final on sale items.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn or damaged.
