Shipping Policies

Domestic Orders:

  • Free standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) for orders over $150.

  • Orders valued at $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless an expedited shipping option is chosen at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipments may take up to three business days to process.

International Orders:

  • We offer worldwide shipping to the following regions through UPS or DHL Express Worldwide:

    Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

  • Customs fees and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tax & Duty (International Orders):

  • Duty fees and import taxes are assessed by the customs agency in the destination country and are due upon delivery.

  • If a shipment is refused by the receiver, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
