Returns & Exchanges
- All jewelry is handmade to order. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
Store Credit Policy
- Refunds are issued as store credit only due to the fees we incur as a small business when processing refunds.
- Store credit never expires and can be used for any items in our online store.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, we will issue your store credit.
Return Process
- Email hello@thecled.com with your order number and name to initiate your return.
- Ensure the item(s) are:
- In their original, unworn condition.
- Returned in undamaged original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive the item(s).
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized pieces (e.g., engravings, custom ring sizes, or chain lengths).
- Sale items.
Final Sale Items
All sales on discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- As all pieces are handmade to order, please carefully confirm your size and color choices before purchasing. We’re happy to assist with sizing questions—just reach out to us.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that:
- Are not in original condition.
- Show signs of wear or damage.
