Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for supporting our small business. We want you to love your CLED pieces, and we are here to help if you need assistance with a return or exchange.

Three policies may apply depending on where your order ships. Please review the section that applies to you.


Domestic Orders · United States

Returns & Exchanges

  • All jewelry is handmade to order. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Store Credit Policy

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only when processing refunds.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used for any item in our online store.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, we will issue your store credit.

Return Process

  1. Email hello@thecled.com with your order number and name to start your return.
  2. Make sure the item(s) are:
    • In their original, unworn condition.
    • Returned in their undamaged original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive the item(s).

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Customized pieces (for example, engravings, custom ring sizes, or chain lengths).
  • Sale or discounted items. All sales on these pieces are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Notes

  • As all pieces are handmade to order, please confirm your size and color choices carefully before purchasing. We are happy to help with any sizing questions, so please reach out before you order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in original condition, or that show signs of wear or damage.

International Orders · Outside the US

International Returns

We accept international returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are unable to accept international returns or exchanges for any other reason.

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thecled.com with your order number and name.
  • Original shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

The return process, store credit terms, and processing times described under Domestic Orders also apply to accepted international returns.
