Thank you for supporting our small business! We want you to love your CLED pieces and are here to help if you need assistance with a return or exchange. Please review our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • All jewelry is handmade to order. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Store Credit Policy

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only due to the fees we incur as a small business when processing refunds.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used for any items in our online store.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, we will issue your store credit.

Return Process

  1. Email hello@thecled.com with your order number and name to initiate your return.
  2. Ensure the item(s) are:
    • In their original, unworn condition.
    • Returned in undamaged original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive the item(s).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized pieces (e.g., engravings, custom ring sizes, or chain lengths).
  • Sale items.

Final Sale Items

All sales on discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Notes

  • As all pieces are handmade to order, please carefully confirm your size and color choices before purchasing. We’re happy to assist with sizing questions—just reach out to us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that:
    • Are not in original condition.
    • Show signs of wear or damage.
