Size Guide for Bracelet
How to Measure Your Wrist Size
- Wrap a strip of paper, a string, or a flexible measuring tape around your wrist where you would normally wear a bracelet.
- Mark the point where the paper or string meets to form a complete circle around your wrist.
- Lay the paper or string flat and use a ruler to measure the distance from the start to the mark.

All our CLED Eco Gems are annealed, which means removing stresses and increasing the glass hardness and durability. Even though it can withstand everyday wear, please be gentle with this glass ring. Don't hit a rock with it. :)

Orders valued at $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless an expedited shipping option is chosen at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipments may take up to three business days to process.

Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Return Policy
To accommodate holiday gifting, our return policy is extended. Purchases made between December 1, 2024, and December 25, 2024, can be returned for store credit or exchange through January 2, 2025.

Returns & Exchanges
- All jewelry is handmade to order. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
Store Credit Policy
- Refunds are issued as store credit only due to the fees we incur as a small business when processing refunds.
- Store credit never expires and can be used for any items in our online store.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, we will issue your store credit.
Return Process
- Email hello@thecled.com with your order number and name to initiate your return.
- Ensure the item(s) are:
- In their original, unworn condition.
- Returned in undamaged original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive the item(s).
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized pieces (e.g., engravings, custom ring sizes, or chain lengths).

The Signet Ring is made from discarded glass bottles. It is handformed with our customized molds using the traditional lampwork technique. Each piece is sanded, polished, and cleaned by hand. All 6 options are original glass bottle colors.
